he
legacy began more than three decades ago. Jerry and Marlene Brody
owned 99 acres in upstate New York and dreamed of running a first-rate
thoroughbred horse farm. Not the biggest farm, not the most elite farm,
but a farm where horses were well bred and well cared for, where people
liked doing business, and where integrity ruled. A farm that would earn
a reputation for being in a class by itself.
With
careful planning, hard work, and dedication, the Brody's dream came
true. Now situated on 630 picturesque acres dotted with numerous barns,
pastures, and fields, Gallagher's Stud has grown into one of New York
state's most respected thoroughbred farms, known for nurturing consistently
strong, high-performing athletes. And, because of our solid record of
achievement, we've earned a national reputation for honesty and professionalism.
